You can't stop the waves... but you can learn to surf

There are times when life feels out of balance.  You might feel trapped or stuck, emotions can become overwhelming, or things around you can feel out of control.  Talking to a Counsellor can help you feel more able to cope, can help you make the changes you want to make, and support you to build the skills you need to manage the challenges you're facing. Or it can simply be a place to be heard, seen and listened to, where you can share your past, or story safely, without judgment, and explore how you want your future to look.

Counselling sessions are available online through video or instant messaging, face-to-face in Bramhall, Stockport, and through 'walk and talk' outside in the fresh air.  Having a range of options of how to access Counselling gives you the freedom to choose which you feel works best for you.

I also offer Clinical Supervision for Counsellors, Psychotherapists and other Health Professionals, as well as to organisations who offer external supervision to their staff.
